America's Army

America's Army is a series of first-person shooter video games developed and published by the U.S. Army, intended to inform, educate, and recruit prospective soldiers. Launched in 2002, the game was branded as a strategic communication device designed to allow Americans to virtually explore the Army at their own pace, and allowed them to determine whether becoming a soldier fits their interests and abilities. America's Army represents the first large-scale use of game technology by the U.S. government as a platform for strategic communication and recruitment, and the first use of game technology in support of U.S. Army recruiting.

We are also playing/testing AA 2.5 from aao25.com (More info on our forums HERE).

We are constantly testing and adding more coop maps to the rotation!
From time-to-time we will host PvP maps for added enjoyment!

• All -AS- Members are Full Server Admins (F12 Access)
• MPcheats: Enabled
• Tadmin: Enabled
• AI Skill: 2 (Medium)
• Rounds per match: 1 (Map changes after every round. See map list below.)
• Note: Please do NOT use 'endgame' when people join or die because of below * reasons:
• * Late Join Enabled (Players can join mid-game!)
• * Respawn Enabled (Works with 2 or more players only!)
• Once in a while we will host PvP (TDM) if enough on, to mix it up

-AS- Killzone 2 server setup:

• Similar to -AS- Killzone except AI skill 4 (max)
• Might not have the same maps as -AS- Killzone
• Mainly used when -AS- Killzone is offline or if we want more of a challenge

AA 285 Install Info

The version we use (2.8.5) is only available through Dodge's Community with Oban's AA Server Browser.

Get America's Army 2.8.5 from Dodge's Community or use the links below.
(Steam version will not work! It is a different version! It is America's Army: Proving Grounds)

Download and install AA 2.8.5:

Download AA 2.8.5: AA285 game installer setup v1.0 (RECOMMENDED)
NOTICE: The above game installer includes an older version of Oban's AA Server Browser. Download and install the latest version below:

Updated Server Browser: Oban's AA Server Browser 1.6.0
This is required to launch AA 2.8.5 and join AA 2.8.5 Servers.
You will need to set your AA Player name in the AA Server Browser.
