I learnt this from KOOL. There are other methods, but this one works for me.
Open console in game and type in bind k mpcheat class sf
I use K for my bind, but you could bind to any key you prefer. You only need to bind the key one time and its set to that key.
Make sure you have mpcheat paramsammo 1 enabled.
Find a wall that shows bullets decals when you fire into it.
Stay on single fire, crouch and walk against the wall while firing single shots. Press the binded key as you fire and it will spawn new rifle in your hands.
Continue to fire and press you binded key, until you do not see muzzle flash when firing, but you still see bullet decals hitting the wall and your ammo count is not depleting. This usually takes me 4 to 5 presses of my binded key while firing for it to work.
Make sure you stay on single fire and press g to change to 203's.
You will now have unlimited 203's, unless you get a rifle jam. Then you just have to do the whole process again.
