WolfRAT2+ Moderator and Player Commands (in-game)

-AS- JOTAC server in-game Moderator and Player commands:
(FYI: These are only available when the new WolfRAT2+ is active on our servers)
(Type the command into any chat text entry, not the console)

Match control (mods)
  !startvote        Start the map vote NOW. Use it when a team is about to hit the kill or score limit before the timer would start the vote.
  !next              Skip to the next map
  !map <name>        Switch to a map
  !gametime <1-240>  Set the game time in minutes
  !time <0000-2300>  Set time of day (!time 930 becomes 1000)

Weather (mods - switch on in the Weather tab)
  !storm [minutes]                                    Rain, dark cloud and fog. !storm 10 lasts ten minutes
  !rain  !drizzle  !snow  !blizzard  !fog  !overcast  Other skies, same optional minutes. No minutes = the Weather tab's 'Keep it for' time
  !clear                                              Back to the map's own weather
  !quake [seconds]                                    Earthquake, 1-40 seconds
  !lightning                                          A flash of lightning and thunder (needs the lightning add-on)
  !weather on [rare|normal|frequent|always|custom]    Let the weather change on its own - and how often. !weather on custom 5 20 = a front every 5-20 min
  !weather off                                        Stop the changing weather; the sky goes back to the map's own. !weather status says which it is

Teams (mods)
  !swap <player>  Move a player to the other team (swaps, then kills)
  !mixteams      Randomly shuffle everyone
  !balanceteams  Move players off the bigger team

Players (mods)
  !warn <player> [reason]  Warn a player in chat
  !kill <player>          Kill a player
  !kick <player> [reason]  Kick a player
  !ban <player> [reason]  Ban a player (name + IP, WolfRAT's list)
  !unban <name or IP>      Take a name or address off the ban list

Rotation (mods)
  !add <name>    Add a map to the rotation
  !remove <name>  Remove a map from the rotation

Everyone
  !1  !2  !3    Vote in the end-of-map vote
  !vote <name>  Start a vote for a map
  !skip        Vote to skip the current map
  !yes          Vote yes on the current vote
  !switch      Switch your own team
